When is rent due and how do I pay?
Rent is due on the 1st day of each month. As outlined in the lease, if rent remains unpaid, a late fee is assessed beginning on the 5th day of the month and other actions permitted under the lease may apply. For your convenience, rent may be submitted online through the resident portal. If you have questions regarding your account or payment options, please contact our leasing office team for assistance.
Do you give any discounts to local employers?

Does your community offer furnished apartments?

Yes, each apartment comes equipped with AC/heat. If you have additional questions, please contact the leasing office.
Are there ceiling fans?

Is there parking available? Is it free or paid?
The parking options at our community include garage parking at $150 for single, $200 for tandem and $50 for motorcycles. Additional fees may apply. Please contact the leasing office for more information regarding our parking policy.
Is there a gym, pool, or common area?

What is the roommate policy?
All individuals 18 years of age or older are required to complete an application, receive approval, and be listed on the lease. Is there a maximum number of occupants?
The maximum number of occupants per apartment is 2 for one-bedroom and 4 for two-bedrooms. Within our leasing portal, you will find more information about leasing an apartment with roommates. If you have additional information, please contact our leasing office team members.
Can guests stay over, and for how long?
Our guest policy is that if a guest resides for more than 2 weeks or 14 days in the apartment, they must be added to the lease. For restrictions on guests, please consult your lease agreement or speak with our leasing office team members.
Is there guest parking available?
Guest parking is available at the community. Guests may park overnight for $5 through ParkMobile in designated areas. Please contact the leasing office for additional information regarding our guest parking policy.
